Q.	Additional Drivers
A.	Must be nominated by the hirer. One off cost of $10 per additional driver.

Q.	Young Drivers (Under 25)
A.	Advertised rates apply to drivers 25 years or older, add $10 per day if hirer OR additional driver is under 25. Also see Damage Responsibility section Minimum age of hirer or additional driver is 21

Q.	Damage Responsibility
A.	Your Damage Responsibility is $400 if all nominated drivers that are over 25 otherwise $800 if any nominated driver is under 25.

A.	GST is included in advertised rates.

A.	500kms from Port Macquarie - Sealed roads only, No Dirt Roads.

A.	Yes, 1st Class Rentals include all these fees. 1st Class Rentals have tried to make the “hiring” experience as simple as possible.

Q.	I noticed that 90% of companies charge between $20 to $35 per day to reduce the excess from $2750. How much to 1st Class Rentals charge?
A.	Zero, 1st Class Rentals rates are fully inclusive of all fees and excess reduction. 1st Class Rentals would rather be upfront with you rather than surprising you when you collect the vehicle.

Q.	Is there any charge for booster or baby seats?
A.	Yes, 1st Class Rentals booster and baby seats are supplied at $5 per day

Q.	Do 1st Class Rentals cars have Sat Nav?
A.	No, however 1st Class Rentals do hire portable sat nav systems for $7.95 per day - max charge $40

Q.	Is there any charge for additional drivers?
A.	Yes a $10 fee is charged for each additional drivers.

A.	Yes, 1st Class Rentals cars are covered 24/7 by NRMA

Q.	If I lock my keys in the vehicle is there a charge?
A.	Yes, you would need to pay $46 call out fee that’s imposed by NRMA

Q.	What is the average age of 1st Class Rentals Car?
A.	1st Class Rentals cars have an average age of 12 months.

Q.	Can we extend our hire?
A.	Yes, you just need to call the 1st Class Rentals office.

Q.	Do 1st Class Rentals offer unlimited km’s ?
A.	1st Class Rentals offer unlimited km’s for some vehicles that are driven within a 500km radius. If you need to travel outside these zones please contact our the 1st Class Rental office.

Q.	Do 1st Class Rental cars have tow bars?
A.	Yes, some of vehicles do have towbars. A $10 per day fee applies, you must contact the1st Class office re-availability of vehicles with towbars.

Q.	If I pick up from 1st Class Rentals at the airport, is the car there or do I have to go to another location to collect the vehicle?
A.	The 1st Class Rentals vehicle will be at the airport ready for your collection.

Q.	Is 1st Class Rentals licensed to operate out of Port Macquarie airport?
A.	Yes.

Q.	Where do I drop the car?
A.	1st Class Rentals has designated parking area at the airport. 1st Class Rentals will give you these instructions when you collect the vehicle.

Q.	Where do I meet the 1st Class Rentals representative?
A.	1st Class Rentals representative will meet you at their airport booth located inside the terminal next to the baggage claim door

Q.	Am I required to pay a deposit when booking online?
A.	Yes, 1st Class Rentals initially charge a $100 deposit and the balance will be charged to your credit card 24hrs prior to collection.

Q.	Is there a bond?
A.	1st Class Rentals authorise your credit card for $400 on top of your hire fees. Should you return the vehicle FULL of fuel, clean and zero damage this will be cancelled.

Q.	Can we pay cash for our rental?
A.	Cash can be paid on pickup however you must have a credit card for the $400 bond.

Q.	What credit cards do 1st Class Rentals accept?
